Invitation to Malta launch of ACN’s Religious Freedom in the World 2016 Report

A new Aid to the Church in Need publication entitled Religious Freedom in the World 2016 Report is being launched this month at an event under the distinct patronage of  the President of Malta, Marie Louise Coleiro Preca. This comprehensive Report compiled by in-country experts covers instances of persecution of all major religions and includes detailed analysis on the situation in  197 countries around the world.

The programme highlight will be a presentation by guest speaker, Syrian priest Fr Ziad Hilal SJ. He will talk about the situation in Syria, his experiences with displaced families and those who have suffered continuous attacks for the past 5 years in Homs and Aleppo.
