With heavy hearts, we reach out to you today with a cry for help. The people of Syria are facing unspeakable tragedy, with the recent earthquake adding to their already dire circumstances. ACN project partners on the ground report a scene of shock and despair.

They have described how people in northern Syria who have lost their homes in the earthquake are taking shelter in churches, convents and hospitals, as the region reels from a catastrophe that has devastated the region.
