Be their Light in Darkness

Persecuted Christian women and girls

VO/2227

When conflict, poverty, and persecution strike, it is almost always women and young girls who carry the heaviest weight.

Across the world, Christian women and girls face unimaginable hardships – from forced conversions and war trauma to severe poverty.

As we mark International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion or Belief this month, please don’t let these women walk through the darkness alone.

Today, you can be their light in the darkness.
